Check more than one to sort by multiple fields — the order you check them sets the priority (1st, 2nd, ...).

Multiple files are always merged into one output, and blank pages are always dropped. Splitting by courier also keeps the merged "All" file — nothing is removed, just grouped into extra downloadable tabs.
